£50K – £55K plus uncapped commission £65K OTE, car or allowance, laptop and mobile phone.

 

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our client based in West Yorkshire

The successful candidate will lead by example and inspire their team of 10 BDMs in all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. With a passion for digital marketing and employee development, you will facilitate your team’s growth and coach them to success.

You will be joining an established and innovative brand within the fast -paced, high growth digital marketing industry. Having recently won key industry awards for their customer service, they are keen to continue this success with their consultative, value add sales approach – putting the customer at the centre of everything they do.

The Person

  • Clear understanding of a sales methodology/process
  • A high performing Inspirational leader
  • An energetic person who understands different motivators
  • Proven track record of developing new teams and new business leads
  • Target-driven with the drive and determination to deliver outstanding results.
  • Passionate about Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of Emotional Intelligence.
  • Comfortable leading from the front to provide ‘on the spot’ coaching on a team, individual and remote basis.
  • Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Comfortable home working set up with an internet speed of no less than 35MBPS
