Full-time (36 hours per week) Benefits Assessment Officer contract to start on 15-02-21 until 31-05-21 with a possible extension.
Main Duties:
– Ability to process Benefit Claims with a high degree of accuracy ensuring accurate payments to customers and no loss of subsidy to the authority.
– Ensuring a high level of quality in all correspondence and communication internally and externally to customers and stakeholders.
– Willing to work in ‘back office’ or ‘front office’ as required to best suit the needs and requirements of the service.
– Ability to be self motivated and proactively work towards completion of cases.
Requirements:
– Administration.
– Benefits Administration.
– Case Management.
– Effective Communicator.
– MS Outlook; MS Word.
– Understanding of Tax Benefits.
